Generations of experience have helped Milish Foods grow from its origins as part of Dublin’s high street bakery history to our current position as being recognised as one of the leaders in contract bakery manufacturing.

Milish Foods are BRC Grade AA accredited and Halal approved.
Within our state of the art facility in Citywest, Dublin our skilled Technical and Operations teams ensure that new products are transitioned seamlessly from concept to the factory environment to ensure that our products are “right first time, every time”. All of our products are batch baked with hands on care shown by our bakers. We use traditional techniques along with modern baking methods to enhance the quality of our products. Our unique batch baking to traditional scratch recipes allows us the flexibility to change recipes, flavours and packaging options with every batch.
The R&D Team at Milish Foods like to partner our customers closely when developing new ideas and products in order to make them suitable for their business needs. Year on year, Milish Foods is expanding its range and capabilities. Almost weekly we launch something new!
